Refund policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of customized products, however we do have a 14-day remake policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a remake. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a remake, email us your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged product(s) as well as any damaged packaging. To submit your remake request, email us at 1goodpress@gmail.com.
